General terms when using our packs:
All sample packs and drum kits (unless explicitly stated) are 100% royalty free for both, selling beats online and independent use as well as placements with major artists and labels.
Sample clearance guaranteed! That means paying customers have the chance to use our intellectual property without the need to pay royalties.
However, you are required to give Kreatve Art Art Art credit for any major artist or major label that is released or published using our samples, without exception.
Non royalty free sample packs:
With non royalty free sample packs, we differentiate between “minor releases” and “major releases”
1) Minor Releases:
You may use the Sample for Recordings on your own personal projects, independent releases, beat tapes, selling beats online and mix tapes that are not distributed or released via a “Major Label” (i.e., SonyBMG, UMG, WEA, or their subsidiaries) or “Large Indie Label” (i.e., Alamo, Empire, 300, E1 or comparable label) at no additional cost (including, for the avoidance of doubt, without providing us with publishing splits), provided that any Minor Release that exceeds one million streams on Apple Music, Spotify or YouTube shall be considered a Major Release for purposes of this license and shall be subject to the below terms for Major Releases.
2) Major Releases:
For Recordings to be distributed or released via a Major Label or Large Indie Label, or any Minor Release that exceeds one million streams on Apple Music, Spotify or YouTube (each such release, a “Major Release”), you shall be required to:
(a) Contact us promptly to seek clearance for use of the Sample on a Major Release;
(b) Provide for a 50/50 split of any Advances, Producer Royalty and Publishing, including for the avoidance of doubt, in relation to any so-called ‘synch licenses’;
(c) Provide us/the creator of the applicable Sample with CoProducer credit on the liner notes of any singles or albums (in any configuration), in advertisements, and wherever metadata permits.

All purchases are final and no refunds may be issued under any circumstances.
Kreatve Art forbids resale or lease or share of any purchased products and inclusion of content contained within our products, into other sample pack, drum kit, or library of any kind.
All of our products are licensed, but not sold to our customers. Kreatve Art retains full copyright and ownership to all recorded sounds included in our products.
All bundles and discounted prices apply only to the product line at the time of purchase.
